SILA is a ground-breaking national capacity building and leadership program designed specifically for CEOs of Australian for-purpose organisations.

Applications are now open for Cohort Five, for CEOs based in NSW and the ACT, until 6 April.

Social Impact Leadership Australia is a world-class program, unique in Australia, offering for-purpose CEOs opportunities for education, reflection and refreshment. Supported by the Sidney Myer Fund, The Myer Foundation, Paul Ramsay Foundation, Vincent Fairfax Foundation and Snow Foundation, the SILA program is designed to to equip leaders with the knowledge, networks and supports they need to drive lasting social change.

The program includes three retreats, a three-month sabbatical offering dedicated time and space away from the CEO’s organisation, individual assessments, and one-on-one coaching. An independent evaluation by Nous Group has found SILA delivers high levels of impact for participating CEOs, their organisation and the broader social purpose ecosystem.

Almost 100 for-purpose CEOs from around Australia have participated to date.
